The team at snow link were very helpful and organized whilst I was planning my transfers. I arrived via plane to have my driver already waiting for me. She was very polite, social and accommodating the whole trip, Canberra to Jindabyne.

My lucky day to be picked up by Snow Link. The bus arrived within a minute, saved me from waiting in the blizzard. Drove past several cars stopping to fix the chain on their tyre, again feeling lucky to be in a such safe and warm bus. I only got $20 cash on me but was offered a $5 discount. Thank you so much!

Amazing – go with this shuttle service

We had a fantastic experience with Snowlink. After being let down by another provider due to communication issues Snowlink saved the day! They went out of their way to help us get to the mountain at a really affordable rate. Spent ages on the phone with us too helping to find other solutions too as they had a busy day and were fully booked. They still agreed to help us and arrived within 10 mins, amazing service. Don’t go anywhere else.

Amazing company, choose these guys

I’d give 10 stars if that option was available. Snowlink saved our holiday. We would have been stranded in Jindabyne without them as we were visiting outside peak ski season.

Snowlink went way above and beyond help me and my 12 year old out. Great deals, very caring and always looked out for us. Punctual and reliable, clean vehicles, friendly & welcoming, helped us with equipment… I cannot speak highly enough of these guys.

Snowlink picked us up at Thredbo after we walked in from Canberra and coped with our smelly gear and took us to Jindabyne.

After last minute changes to our itinerary, they flawlessly adapted and picked us up from inside our hotel, on time and with smiles.

We needed to get ourselves up to Charlotte’s pass to start a walk – we called these guys and they immediately fitted us in on the same day we called so that we didn’t have to wait a day or two in Jindy.
Friendly, experienced and know the area. The vehicle was super comfortable and tidy. They went the extra mile (he he) to help us get our food drop and get to the start of our walk, saving us a 15km road walking.
Will definitely use these guys again if we ever need to in the future.
